💳 Payment Plan Options for Course Registration

TSRE offers several ways to manage the cost of course registration. The options available to you depend on the course, cart total, payment provider, and your eligibility at checkout.

🟢 $57 Deposit for LIVE Classes

When the deposit option is offered on a LIVE classroom or LIVE Online course, you can reserve your seat with a $57 deposit. The remaining tuition balance is due one week before the class begins.

After completing your deposit registration, you will receive a link to pay the remaining balance. Call the TSRE office at (813) 333-2676 if you need help making the balance payment.

The deposit reserves the selected class; it is not a financing application.

🛍️ Shop Pay Installments

Eligible customers may see Shop Pay Installments during checkout. Depending on the order amount and eligibility, Shop Pay may offer interest-free biweekly installments or a monthly payment plan that may include interest.

• Availability and approval are determined by Shop Pay and its lending partner.
• The available payment schedule and any applicable APR are shown before you complete the order.
• An option that appeared for one purchase may not appear for another purchase.

💰 PayPal Pay Later

Eligible customers may see PayPal Pay Later after selecting PayPal at checkout. Available choices may include Pay in 4 or Pay Monthly.

• Pay in 4 is an interest-free installment option when offered and approved.
• Pay Monthly is a consumer loan and may include interest.
• Availability, approval, rates, and terms are determined by PayPal and may vary by customer and purchase.

🌟 TSRE+ Monthly Membership

TSRE+ is a monthly membership alternative for accessing Video On-Demand courses. It is not a payment plan for a separate course purchase.

• TSRE+ Select — $47 per month: Access to one Video On-Demand course
• TSRE+ Pro — $87 per month: Access to all Video On-Demand courses, plus the additional benefits shown on the plans page

2. Proceed to checkout and enter the required checkout information.
3. Review the payment methods displayed for that purchase.
4. Before accepting an installment offer, review the payment schedule, APR, and provider terms.

TSRE cannot approve an application, explain a provider's credit decision, or change an installment schedule. Contact the financing provider for questions about approval or loan payments. Contact TSRE for questions about your course registration or order.
