If you cannot sign in, first check the course portal and the email attached to your student account. Your course portal, store account, and Support Center can have different passwords.
1. Choose the right course portal
- TSRE Learn: Open TSRE Learn, select Login, then the password link under “Forgot your password?”
- LEAPOnline: Open the LEAPOnline login page and select Forgot password?
Not sure which one you need? Use Where do I log in?
2. Use your student account email
Check your enrollment or course-access email. If an employer, family member, or someone else purchased the course for you, the purchaser's email may differ from the learner's email. Use the email assigned to your student account. Ask support to verify it if you are unsure.
3. Request a password reset
Follow the reset instructions on the correct portal. Open the newest reset email and complete the steps there. If you use a password manager, make sure it is filling the password for that portal.
If the reset email does not arrive
- Check Spam, Junk, Promotions, and any email filters. Search your mailbox for TSRE and password reset.
- Check the email address for typos and confirm you can receive messages at that address.
- If you requested more than one reset, use the latest email. If the link is expired or no longer works, request a fresh link.
- If you no longer have access to your registration email, contact support for help with your account record.
Do not create another account or buy the course again just to solve a sign-in problem.
Still stuck?
Contact student support with your name, registration email, course name, portal used, and the exact error message. A screenshot can help; hide passwords and payment details. Include the date and time if your class or exam is approaching.
If you can sign in but your course is missing, follow I paid but cannot find or access my course.
