How to Reset Your Password

Make Sure You're on the Right Portal

First and foremost, it's crucial to ensure you are logging into the correct portal.

Our courses are hosted in various systems, each with its unique login.

Once you have identified the correct login portal, try logging in again.

Make Sure You're Using the Right Email

Your login email will be the same email you used when you originally registered for your course. 

Upon registration, you will have received email confirmations to the email used.

One of these emails will contain your login information, including a temporary password.

If you have not yet logged in, the temporary password will still be valid.

Once you have verified your login email, try logging in again.

Resetting Your Password

If you still cannot log in, you can simply reset your password.

Click the forgot password link and enter your login email that you verified from the steps above.

You will receive an email with a link to reset your password.
