If you purchased exam-prep resources but cannot find them, first check the learning portal and the email address attached to your enrollment.
1. Open the learning portal
Sign in to TSRE Learn using the learner email associated with your purchase. TSRE Learn is used for exam prep and classroom, LIVE Online, and Video On Demand resources. Your store order history is for purchases and receipts; it is not the lesson area.
If you take a text-based self-guided course, its lessons may be in LEAP Online. A LEAP course and a separately purchased TSRE Learn exam-prep product may use different logins and passwords. See Where do I log in?
2. Check what your purchase includes
Compare the product names in your confirmation or receipt with the resources available in your learning account. Question Simulator, Exam Cram, and MP3 audio may be separate resources. They are not automatically included in every course purchase.
Returning students should use their existing learner account. Creating another account can make it harder to locate an enrollment attached to the original email.
3. If a resource is missing
Contact TSRE Support with your learner name, enrollment email, missing product name, order number if available, and the portal you are using. Include a screenshot of the course list or error, without passwords or payment details.
We can check whether the purchase is matched to the correct learner account and whether access needs attention. Do not purchase the same product again just to try to restore access.
If you can see it but it will not open or play
Note the lesson or audio title, device, browser, and exact error. For audio, check device volume and try another track to see whether the issue affects one item or every item. Follow the TSRE Learn system requirements and send the details to support if the problem continues.
For a missing course rather than a missing prep tool, see I Paid, but I Can't Find or Access My TSRE Course.
