If your purchase includes more than one course, check the order confirmation before buying the next course separately. A course included in a bundle may need to be activated or matched to your learner account before it appears.
| Included component | Access starts | Action needed |
|---|---|---|
| Prelicensing and exam prep | Issued immediately when purchased or included. | Use the learner account; check the included product list. Live attendance still follows the class schedule. |
| Complete Jumpstart postlicensing credit | Credit valid for five years after bundle purchase. | Once licensed, ask TSRE to apply the credit and activate the course. |
| Activated postlicensing | Video On Demand: one year of access from activation. Live: one-year retake guarantee from activation. | Confirm the activation and expiration dates; reopening does not restart them. |
Your DBPR renewal deadline remains separate.
Check what your purchase includes
- Find your order confirmation or open the TSRE order status page.
- Review the package name, included courses, learning formats, and learner email.
- Follow any activation or course-access instructions included with the order.
Package contents can differ. Use your own order details to confirm whether post-licensing, continuing education, or another course was included.
Pre-licensing and exam prep are issued immediately
Pre-licensing and exam-prep access included in your purchase is issued immediately. If you registered for a scheduled live class, attend on the published dates; you can start using your included review tools in advance.
TSRE recommends listening to the audio review before class to help prepare. For the Question Simulator, Exam Cram videos, and audio review, see find your exam-prep tools.
Complete Jumpstart: use your post-licensing credit
The post-licensing credit in the Complete Jumpstart bundle is valid for five years after purchase. Once you are licensed, contact TSRE or submit a support request to use the credit and activate your included post-licensing course.
Include your registration email, order number if available, and Florida real estate license number. Do not purchase the included post-licensing course again before asking TSRE to apply your credit.
The five-year period applies to the bundle credit. It does not extend your DBPR renewal deadline or provide five years of access to an activated course.
When does post-licensing access start?
Post-licensing included in a bundle starts when TSRE activates that course. The bundle credit is valid for five years after the bundle purchase. Once activated, Video On Demand post-licensing includes one year of course access; for a live post-licensing course, the one-year retake-guarantee period starts at activation.
For example, a bundle purchased in one year and its post-licensing course activated in a later year has separate dates: the five-year credit period is measured from the bundle purchase, while the one-year Video On Demand access or live-course retake-guarantee period is measured from that post-licensing activation.
Request the next included course
If you are ready to begin an included course and it is not available, submit a support request with:
- Your name and the email used for the learner account.
- The order number or a copy of the package confirmation.
- The name of the included course you want activated.
- Your preferred start date and any approaching deadline.
- Your Florida real estate license number when requesting post-licensing or continuing education.
Support will review the purchase, confirm the applicable activation steps, and direct you to the correct learning portal. For a course with a shipped textbook, confirm the delivery address through TSRE's requested process before shipment.
Confirm access dates and materials
Before beginning, confirm the course's access start date, expiration date, included materials, and any remaining requirements. For included post-licensing, use the activation-based timing above. TSRE activation starts that period; reopening the course later does not restart it. Confirm the terms for any other component in your bundle.
Your course-access deadline and your DBPR renewal deadline are separate. See Which Florida Real Estate Course Do I Need? if you are unsure which education applies to your license.
Open the correct learning portal
Use the course-access link TSRE provides. TSRE Learn and LEAPOnline are separate platforms, and a package can include resources in more than one place. The online store shows purchases and receipts; it does not open your lessons.
If Support confirms activation but the course is still missing, sign out and back into the correct portal with the learner email. Then follow missing-course troubleshooting and reply to your existing support message if the problem continues.
Need help
Submit a support request, or call or text (813) 333-2676. Include your name, registration email, course or membership, and order number if available. If someone else purchased the bundle, include the purchaser email as well as the learner email so we can match the order correctly.
