Office hours and support availability
Our team is available Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–6 p.m. Eastern Time. You are welcome to reach out at any time, including evenings and weekends. Messages received outside staffed hours may wait until the next business day; 24/7 outreach does not mean an immediate response at every hour.
Class starting outside support hours?
Use the LIVE Online joining and connection guide and try to rejoin your assigned session. If you can reach your instructor through class chat, report the issue there. Also text or submit a support request with your course, class date and start time, registration email, exact problem, and any time missed. Record when you disconnected and rejoined so TSRE can review attendance. A waiting screen or unanswered call does not confirm that class is canceled.
Send a support request
Open the student support form. Use your registration email if possible and choose the closest topic.
Include your name, course and format, what happened, and the help you need. Add your class date, completion date, or approaching deadline when relevant. Your order number is helpful if available, but you can request help without it.
For a technical problem, include the portal or app, device and browser, exact error, and a screenshot if possible. Hide passwords and payment details.
Verify your email after submitting a request
If you submit while signed out, you may receive an email titled Please verify your email address. Complete the verification so your request can reach the support queue.
- Open the verification email sent to the address you entered on the form.
- Click the verification link in that email. Replying “yes” or “this is my email” does not complete the link-verification step.
- Look for the confirmation page after the link opens. Keep the support confirmation email and request number when you receive them.
You do not need to create a new course account to verify a support request.
No verification email? Check Spam or Junk and search for TSRE Support Center or the subject above. If the message is missing, the link fails, or you entered the wrong email, call or text (813) 333-2676. Give your name, email used, approximate submission time, and issue so Support can locate the request.
When to expect a response
We aim to respond to all support requests within one business day. Some requests need additional escalation or review, which can delay our response or the resolution. This is a response target, not a guaranteed completion time.
For urgent support during staffed hours, call the office at (813) 333-2676. Tell us about an upcoming class, exam, or other deadline and give its date and time.
Call or text TSRE
Call (813) 333-2676 or send a text to (813) 333-2676. If your class is starting soon or already underway, include its date and start time and explain what is preventing you from joining.
Follow up on an existing request
Reply to the existing support email so your updates stay in one conversation. Include the request number when you call or text. Avoid opening multiple requests about the same issue.
Check your Spam or Junk folder if you are waiting for an email. Tell us if the best contact email differs from the address used to register.
