Need to reschedule, switch your class, or change your course format? If your plans change after registration, request the change as soon as possible—preferably before the class begins or you access course materials. Every transfer requires approval from TSRE administration and is subject to availability. Do not attend a different class or begin using a different format until TSRE confirms the change in writing.
How to request a change
Submit a support request and include:
- Your full name and registration email
- Your order number or receipt, if available
- Your current course, class date, location, and format
- The class date, location, or format you want
- Whether you have attended class, opened the online course, or received course materials
- Any licensing or renewal deadline that affects your request
You may also call or text (813) 333-2676 for personalized help.
Changing from online to classroom
- A transfer may be approved without a transfer fee when the original registration was completed within the last 30 days and the course has not been completed.
- Any difference in tuition must be paid before the new class begins.
- The original registration date remains in effect for retake eligibility, expiration, and other time-based policies.
- If the registration is more than 30 days old or this is not the first transfer, an advisor will confirm any applicable fee.
Changing from classroom to online
- A transfer may be approved without an additional transfer fee before any part of the classroom course is attended.
- After more than three classroom hours have been attended, a transfer fee may apply.
- The original registration date remains in effect.
- If the registration is more than 30 days old or this is not the first transfer, an advisor will confirm any applicable fee.
Changing dates or locations
Transfers between scheduled classes require administrative approval. A fee may apply after a class has begun. Available dates and locations depend on current schedules and seat availability.
Missed class, arriving late, or disconnected?
- Tell your instructor and TSRE support promptly. Include the course, scheduled date, location or LIVE Online session, and the time you missed.
- If LIVE Online disconnects, try to rejoin the same session. Record when you lost access and when you returned, along with any error message. If you cannot rejoin, contact support and explain that class is underway.
- Ask TSRE to confirm any approved makeup work or later class arrangement and how it affects your end-of-course exam eligibility. Late arrivals and early departures count as missed instruction.
- Complete and obtain approval for required makeup before taking the course exam. Do not assume that watching a recording or joining a different class automatically replaces missed instruction.
Attendance and completion rules depend on your course and format. See the School Policies and follow the arrangement confirmed by TSRE.
Deposits and tuition
Course deposits are non-refundable. An unused deposit may be applied to another TSRE course, material, or study tool for up to one year after the original class start date. Applying a deposit elsewhere is different from transferring the entire tuition payment, so TSRE must review the registration before confirming the amount available.
What TSRE will confirm
If the request is approved, TSRE will confirm:
- The approved class date, location, or delivery format
- Any tuition difference, transfer fee, remaining balance, or deposit credit
- Any updated attendance, access, material, or exam instructions
- When the change is complete in your student record
What a transfer does not change
- A transfer does not restart the original registration date or extend the course expiration date.
- A transfer does not extend a DBPR license, education, examination, or renewal deadline.
- Any tuition difference, balance, or approved fee must be resolved as directed by TSRE before the new enrollment is complete.
