Refund eligibility depends on the type of payment, the timing of the written request, course progress, and any materials already issued. The complete current terms are maintained in the official TSRE policies.
How to submit a written refund request
Submit a support request or email info@tsre.us and include:
- Your full name, registration email, and checkout email if different.
- Your order number or receipt, course or package, registration date, and class dates.
- Whether you attended, opened the course, downloaded digital products, redeemed an access code, or received physical materials.
- The payment type, such as card or third-party financing. Do not send full card numbers or security codes.
- The reason for the request and whether you prefer store credit or a refund to the original payment method.
If you already discussed the issue by phone or text, submit the written request promptly and mention that conversation and any existing support request number. Do not assume the discussion alone confirms approval or that the refund has been issued.
Check the payment type and main conditions
| Payment or item | Typical treatment |
|---|---|
| Course deposit | Non-refundable. An unused deposit may be applied to eligible TSRE purchases within one year after the original class start date. |
| Remaining tuition | May qualify if the written request arrives within 30 days of initial registration and progress has not exceeded the first unit. Deposit, materials, shipping, and applicable fees are deducted. |
| Issued textbooks or used digital products | Issued physical books, downloaded digital products, and redeemed access codes are non-refundable; shipping and handling are also non-refundable. |
| Partially used bundle | Used items are charged at full retail price; only an eligible remaining balance is refundable. |
| Financed purchase | An approved original-payment refund goes to the financing provider; its interest, fees, and other terms still apply. |
| Verified duplicate or TSRE low-enrollment cancellation | See the specific full-refund conditions below. |
Support confirms eligibility, deductions, and method in writing. The detailed conditions below control; requesting a refund does not mean it is approved or issued.

Course deposits
- Course deposits are non-refundable.
- An unused deposit may be applied to another TSRE course, material, or study tool for up to one year after the original class start date.
Course tuition
The remaining tuition balance, minus the deposit, textbooks, shipping, and any applicable processing fees, may be refundable when:
- TSRE receives a written request within 30 days of the initial registration date; and
- The student has not completed or attended more than the first unit of the course.
After the student progresses beyond the first unit, course tuition is no longer refundable under the standard policy.
Textbooks, digital products, and shipping
- Physical textbooks are non-refundable once issued.
- Digital products—including downloadable study guides, MP3 reviews, and exam simulations—are non-refundable once downloaded or once an access code is redeemed.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. If materials have already shipped, the original shipping cost is deducted from an otherwise eligible refund.
Do not ship or return materials unless TSRE Support provides written instructions.
Bundles and packages
When a bundle or package is partially used, TSRE charges the full retail price for the courses or materials already used or attended and refunds only the eligible remaining balance. The bundle discount is forfeited when the package is broken.
Third-party financing
An approved refund to the original payment method for a financed purchase is returned to the financing provider. Any interest, fees, or remaining obligations imposed by that provider remain subject to the provider’s terms.
If TSRE cancels a live class
If TSRE cancels a scheduled live class for low enrollment, the student may transfer to a future class, convert to a LIVE Online or On-Demand option, or request a full refund.
Store credit or refund to the original payment method
When your purchase qualifies for a refund, TSRE recommends store credit where available so the eligible amount can be used toward a future purchase. Store credit does not expire and can be used for anything at TampaSchoolofRealEstate.com. If you prefer a refund to the original payment method, state that preference in your support request or email info@tsre.us so it can be routed for review.
Refunds to the original payment method depend on the applicable refund terms. Store credit outside those terms requires specific approval; it is not an automatic exception. Support will confirm the approved amount, any deductions, and the method in writing. For a financed purchase, an approved original-payment refund is returned to the financing provider and remains subject to its terms.
Duplicate errors and lower-priced course changes
A confirmed duplicate purchase or duplicate-payment error qualifies for a full refund. Support must verify the duplicate and confirm which order or payment is being corrected.
For a switch to a lower-priced course, a refund of an eligible difference requires that you have not attended any of the class, that the request is within the refund window, and that the other refund terms are met. If the registration is unused but outside the refund window, TSRE may approve store credit in specific instances. Contact Support for review before purchasing or starting a replacement course.
What happens after you submit the request
- Request received: A confirmation or support request number means the request was received. It does not mean a refund has been approved.
- Under review: TSRE checks the registration date, course progress, materials, package components, and payment records. Reply to requests for missing information in the same conversation.
- Decision confirmed: Support explains the approved amount and method, any deductions, or the reason the request does not qualify. Approval and issuance are separate steps.
- Credit or refund issued: Keep the confirmation showing the amount, method, and issue date. For store credit, ask Support for any redemption instructions you need. For an original-payment refund, your bank, card issuer, or financing provider may need additional time to display it.
How long does it take?
TSRE aims to respond to support requests within one business day, but some requests require additional escalation or review. This response target is separate from refund review and processing.
Eligible refund requests typically require 7–21 days for review and processing. This is an estimate, not a guarantee that the funds will appear in your account within that period. Bank, card issuer, or installment-provider posting can take additional time after an approved original-payment refund is issued.
How to follow up on an existing request
- Check the email used for the request, including spam and junk, for a reply or a request for more information.
- Reply to the existing support conversation and include the request number, order number, original request date, and any approval or issuance confirmation. If you cannot find the conversation, contact Support and mention the earlier request so it can be located.
- Ask which step is pending: review, approval, issuance, or payment-provider posting. If the typical processing window has passed or an expected update was missed, ask for a status update.
- If TSRE confirms an original-payment refund was issued but it is not visible, check with the payment provider using the issue date and reference provided. If the provider cannot locate it, reply to Support with that result.
- If confirmed store credit is missing or you need help using it, reply to Support with the confirmation and checkout email.
Keep follow-ups in one conversation whenever possible. For urgent support, call (813) 333-2676 and provide the existing request number.
