If you purchased the wrong course, delivery format, or textbook, contact TSRE promptly before using the unintended purchase or placing another order. Support will compare what you bought with what you need and explain the available correction, transfer, or refund options.
First, check what your order includes
- Review your confirmation email or order history using the checkout email.
- Check the product name, course hours, delivery format, selected class date, and whether the purchase is a course, printed textbook, digital product, or bundle.
- If the order is correct but a course or bundle item is missing from your account, use missing-course help. A missing item can be an access issue; buying again can create a duplicate order.
Common purchase mix-ups
- Post-licensing versus continuing education: Different courses serve different licensing needs. Use Which Florida Real Estate Course Do I Need? and confirm your requirement before selecting a replacement.
- A textbook instead of an online course: Check the item description. A separately purchased book does not automatically include enrollment or course access. See course materials help.
- The wrong format, date, or location: Use the class and format change guide. Changes require approval, and fees, tuition differences, or new completion instructions may apply.
- A course you already purchased or completed: Tell Support about the earlier order or completion so both records can be reviewed.
Request a correction
Submit a support request or email info@tsre.us with:
- Your full name, student email, and checkout email if different.
- The order number, purchase date, and product purchased.
- The course, product, format, date, or location you intended to select.
- Whether you attended, opened the course, completed lessons, redeemed a code, downloaded a product, or received physical materials.
- Any class start date or licensing deadline that makes the request urgent.
While Support reviews the request, avoid starting or continuing the unintended course or redeeming or downloading the unintended digital product. Do not ship materials back without written instructions.
What happens next?
Support will confirm any approved correction or transfer, price difference, applicable fee, credit, or refund in writing. Selecting the wrong item does not itself guarantee a fee-free exchange or refund.
Switching to a lower-priced course
A refund of an eligible price difference is available only when you have not attended any of the class and the request is within the refund window and otherwise meets the refund terms. An unused registration outside the refund window may be considered for store credit in approved instances; approval is required.
Store credit does not expire and can be used for anything at TampaSchoolofRealEstate.com.
TSRE recommends store credit for an eligible refundable amount where available. If you prefer a refund to the original payment method, include that request so it can be reviewed under the applicable terms. See refund eligibility, deductions, and follow-up. A change request does not extend your course access or licensing deadline.
Wait for confirmation that the order and course registration have been corrected before using the replacement. If the replacement is confirmed but still missing from your account, reply to the same support conversation with a screenshot and the email you used to sign in.
Submit a support request or email info@tsre.us. TSRE aims to respond within one business day, but requests needing escalation or review can take longer. For urgent help, call (813) 333-2676.
