Need more time to finish your course? If your course is nearing its expiration date or you want to return after a break, check your access term and contact TSRE before buying another course. An extension, a new registration, and a return to an existing account may involve different steps.
Find your access deadline
Review your course details in the learning portal, enrollment email, and original course description for an access or expiration date. If no date is visible or the information conflicts, contact TSRE with the course name and order number so we can confirm your deadline.
Under TSRE's current policies, course registrations and online-material access generally expire one year after purchase unless the specific course description states otherwise. TSRE+ access also depends on the subscription being in good standing. Check the terms attached to your own enrollment.
| Clock | Starts or ends |
|---|---|
| Complete Jumpstart post-licensing credit | Valid for five years after bundle purchase. Once licensed, contact TSRE or submit a support request to activate the included course. |
| Activated post-licensing course | Video On Demand: one year of access after activation. Live course: the one-year retake-guarantee period starts at activation. |
| License renewal | Your separate DBPR renewal deadline; course access or an extension does not change it. |
See Access the Next Course in Your TSRE Bundle.
Request more time before access expires
Course extensions may be purchased for a fee by contacting an advisor before expiration. Send your request early enough to review the options before your access ends.
Include your course, learning platform, current expiration date, how much you have completed, and any approaching class or license-renewal deadline. Ask TSRE to confirm:
- Whether an extension is available for your enrollment.
- The duration, price, and new expiration date.
- Which course materials are included in the extension.
Use the payment instructions provided for the confirmed option. A request alone does not extend access.
Extension prices and saved progress
Your existing course progress is kept when you extend the course. TSRE Learn and LEAPOnline use the same extension prices for the same course type and extension duration. The prices below were checked in Shopify on October 19, 2026. Ask TSRE to match the extension to your course before paying.
| Course type | 30 days | 90 days | 180 days |
|---|---|---|---|
| Sales pre-licensing | $57 | $97 | $137 |
| Sales pre-licensing plus Pass First Try | $97 | $147 | $197 |
| Sales post-licensing | $57 | $97 | $137 |
| Broker pre-licensing | $47 | $97 | $127 |
| Broker post-licensing | $47 | $97 | $127 |
Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change. If your course is not listed, contact TSRE for the applicable option. An extension keeps your progress in the existing course. Changing from a live class to Video On Demand is different: you must start the Video On Demand course from the beginning. See changing from live class to Video On Demand.
If your course has already expired
Contact TSRE before repurchasing. Tell us when you originally enrolled and whether you completed any lessons or the course. Support will review whether renewed access, a new registration, or another course arrangement applies.
Use the same learner email when returning. If you have already repurchased and cannot see the course, send the new order number so TSRE can check that the access is connected to your existing account. See I Paid, but I Cannot Find or Access My TSRE Course.
Keep your deadlines separate
- Course access: how long you can open the lessons and included materials.
- Course completion or retest: the requirements and timing for finishing your particular course.
- Certificate validity and license renewal: the separate dates that apply after completion or to your Florida license.
An access extension does not automatically change an exam deadline, certificate-validity period, or DBPR renewal deadline. Tell Support about every approaching deadline when requesting more time.
If you only need a copy of a completed course certificate, use the certificate guide before purchasing access again. TSRE Learn certificates are sent by email; LEAPOnline certificates are downloaded within LEAPOnline.
