TSRE offers several ways to manage the cost of course registration. The options available to you depend on the course, cart total, payment provider, and your eligibility at checkout.
Having trouble paying? Go to failed checkout or a charge without confirmation. For two charges or orders, use duplicate-charge help.
Compare your payment options
| Option | What it covers | Where to manage it |
|---|---|---|
| LIVE-class deposit | Reserves a seat when offered. The remaining tuition is due one week before class. | Use TSRE’s personalized balance-payment link; ask TSRE Support for registration or balance help. |
| Shop Pay or PayPal installments | Finances an eligible purchase, subject to the provider’s approval, schedule, and terms. Some plans include interest. | The financing provider handles approval and loan payments; TSRE handles the course order. |
| TSRE+ membership | Monthly access to eligible Video On-Demand courses under the selected membership plan. It is separate from course-purchase financing. | Use the membership billing portal and cancellation guide. |
$57 Deposit for LIVE Classes
When the deposit option is offered on a LIVE classroom or LIVE Online course, you can reserve your seat with a $57 deposit. The remaining tuition balance is due one week before the class begins.
After completing your deposit registration, you will receive a link to pay the remaining balance. Call the TSRE office at (813) 333-2676 if you need help making the balance payment.
The deposit reserves the selected class; it is not a financing application.
Shop Pay Installments
Eligible customers may see Shop Pay Installments during checkout. Depending on the order amount and eligibility, Shop Pay may offer interest-free biweekly installments or a monthly payment plan that may include interest.
- Availability and approval are determined by Shop Pay and its lending partner.
- The available payment schedule and any applicable APR are shown before you complete the order.
- An option that appeared for one purchase may not appear for another purchase.

PayPal Pay Later
Eligible customers may see PayPal Pay Later after selecting PayPal at checkout. Available choices may include Pay in 4 or Pay Monthly.
- Pay in 4 is an interest-free installment option when offered and approved.
- Pay Monthly is a consumer loan and may include interest.
- Availability, approval, rates, and terms are determined by PayPal and may vary by customer and purchase.
TSRE+ Monthly Membership
TSRE+ is a monthly membership alternative for accessing Video On-Demand courses. It is not a payment plan for a separate course purchase.
- TSRE+ Select — $47 per month: Access to one Video On-Demand course
- TSRE+ Pro — $87 per month: Access to all Video On-Demand courses, plus the additional benefits shown on the plans page
Plans, prices, and included benefits can change. Review the current terms before enrolling.
How to Check Your Options
- Add the desired course or product to your cart at tampaschoolofrealestate.com.
- Proceed to checkout and enter the required checkout information.
- Review the payment methods displayed for that purchase.
- Before accepting an installment offer, review the payment schedule, APR, and provider terms.
TSRE cannot approve an application, explain a provider's credit decision, or change an installment schedule. Contact the financing provider for questions about approval or loan payments. Contact TSRE for questions about your course registration or order.
Submit a request through the TSRE Support Center, or call or text (813) 333-2676.
Find a payment receipt or order confirmation
- Search the email used at checkout for your TSRE order confirmation or payment confirmation. Check spam and junk folders too.
- Open your order history using that same email. Select the relevant order to review the available order and payment details.
- If someone else purchased the course for you, ask the purchaser for the confirmation. Your student email may differ from the email on the order.
- If you cannot find the receipt or need an invoice or proof of payment, contact student support. Include the purchaser's name, checkout email, course, approximate payment date and amount, and order number if available.
For recurring TSRE+ charges, use membership billing help. Do not send full card numbers or security codes in a support request.
Manage a monthly membership
To cancel TSRE+, update membership payment details, or review recurring charges, use Manage or Cancel Your TSRE+ Membership.
Pay a balance after reserving a class
Use the personalized balance-payment link TSRE sends after your deposit registration so the payment applies to the correct course and class date. Review your name, registration, amount due, and payment details before submitting, and keep the confirmation.
If you cannot find the link, search your registration email and spam folder for a TSRE balance or registration message. Contact Support with your name, registration email, course, and class date if you need the correct link sent again.
Upgrade your package or use an existing credit
Before purchasing another full course or package, contact TSRE and explain the upgrade you want. Include the original order or deposit, selected class date, and any existing credit you believe should apply.
Ask Support to confirm the eligible credit, the revised total, and the correct payment instructions. An upgrade request does not automatically apply an old payment or change the class registration.
If you already paid but receive a reminder
Compare the reminder's date, course, and class date with your deposit and payment confirmations. Check whether the message concerns a different registration or a remaining partial balance. Do not pay a second time solely because another reminder arrived.
If the records do not agree, send Support the order or payment confirmation number, payment date and amount, and a copy of the reminder with sensitive payment details hidden. Support can review which payment belongs to the registration and what remains due.
Contact TSRE Support for registration or balance questions. Use the secure payment page for card details; never send a full card number or security code in an email or support request.
Discounts, order corrections, and refunds
- Discounts and promo codes: eligibility, checkout, and missing discounts

- Charged twice or placed a duplicate order?
- Refund options and follow-up
Payment failed, checkout error, or charged without confirmation?
My payment failed or checkout did not finish
- Note the exact message and check your email and order history before trying again. A missing confirmation does not by itself prove that payment failed.
- If the checkout shows a declined payment and no completed order or charge, check the information on the secure payment page. Contact your bank or payment provider about a decline or financing decision.
- If checkout is stuck, your bank shows a charge, or you cannot tell whether an order completed, contact TSRE before making another payment. Include the course, checkout email, approximate attempt time, amount, and exact error.
I see a charge but have no order confirmation
Search the email used at checkout, including spam and junk, and check order history with that same email. If someone else paid, check with the purchaser. Note whether the transaction is pending or completed; your bank or payment provider can explain its status. TSRE can check whether a course order was created and matched to the learner.
Send Support the payment date, amount, purchaser and learner emails if different, and any order or transaction reference. Do not purchase the course again solely because its confirmation or access email is missing.
I think I was charged twice
Follow Charged Twice or Placed a Duplicate Order? to compare pending payments, deposits and balances, installments, and duplicate orders. For recurring TSRE+ payments, use membership billing help.
Submit one support request and keep replies in that conversation. Hide full card and account numbers in screenshots. Never send card security codes, passwords, or an unredacted bank statement.
