If you see two TSRE charges or accidentally ordered the same item more than once, check the order and payment details before paying again. Support can investigate whether there is a duplicate order, a duplicate completed payment, or a different type of transaction.
Check what the two transactions represent
- Pending versus completed: Note whether each entry is pending or completed. A pending authorization is not the same as a second completed charge. Ask your bank or payment provider about its status; Support can check the TSRE order record.
- Deposit and tuition balance: These can be separate legitimate payments for one class. Compare the dates, amounts, and balance-payment confirmation.
- Installment payments: Multiple scheduled charges may relate to one financed purchase. Review the payment provider's schedule.
- TSRE+ membership: Compare the billing periods. For recurring membership charges, use membership billing help.
- Two orders for the same item: Check for separate order numbers and confirmation emails, including orders placed through Shop or using another checkout email.
Open your order history and compare it with your receipts. See receipt and payment help if you cannot find a confirmation. Do not make another payment solely because a receipt or course-access email has not arrived.
Report a possible duplicate
Submit one support request or email info@tsre.us. Include:
- Your name and the email used for each purchase.
- Both order numbers, if available.
- The course or product, payment dates, amounts, and whether each charge is pending or completed.
- Which order you intended to keep, if you can identify it.
- Whether either order's course or materials have been accessed, attended, downloaded, redeemed, or received.
- A cropped screenshot showing the relevant transactions if helpful. Hide full card and account numbers and unrelated transactions.
Never send a full card number, security code, password, or an unredacted bank statement. Avoid using or redeeming the unintended duplicate purchase while it is being reviewed.
How Support resolves the request
A confirmed duplicate purchase or duplicate-payment error qualifies for a full refund. Support must first review the order and payment records to confirm the error. A pending authorization, scheduled installment, or separate deposit and balance payment is not automatically a duplicate.
Tell Support which order you intend to keep. Support will confirm the duplicate being corrected, the full refund amount, method, and any effect on the duplicate course access in writing.
TSRE recommends store credit if you would like to use the amount for another purchase. Store credit does not expire and can be used for anything at TampaSchoolofRealEstate.com. You may instead request the full refund to the original payment method for a confirmed duplicate error. See refund options and how to follow up. For financed purchases, the financing provider's terms and refund process also apply.
If you already reported the issue, reply to the same support conversation with any missing order details. Do not open separate requests for each charge; keeping both transactions together helps Support investigate.
Submit a support request or email info@tsre.us. TSRE aims to respond within one business day, but requests needing escalation or review can take longer. For urgent help, call (813) 333-2676.
