Check that your expected discount appears in the order summary before paying. Offers can vary by course, format, location, eligibility, purchase date, and payment option. A code or advertisement does not guarantee that every item in your cart qualifies.
Check your discount before paying
- Review the offer's dates, eligible products, and any account or verification requirements.
- Make sure you selected the correct course, format, and purchase option, such as full tuition rather than a class deposit.
- Enter the code exactly as provided, or check whether the offer applies automatically.
- Use the email associated with your eligible student or customer account when an offer requires it.
- Review the final discount and amount due in checkout. Discount combinations vary; only the combinations accepted at checkout apply.
If an expected valid discount is missing, stop before submitting payment and contact Support. Do not place another order just to try a different code.
Why did the code reduce only my deposit?
When a LIVE class offers a deposit option, a code applied to that checkout discounts only the deposit purchase. It does not apply the same percentage to the later tuition balance. Registration-balance payments cannot be discounted.
If an offer applies to the full tuition, select the eligible full-tuition purchase and confirm the discount before paying. A partial balance payment leaves the rest due; it does not create a discount. See payment and deposit options.
Military, alumni, partner, and other eligibility-based offers
Some offers require an eligible account or verification. Contact Support before purchasing if you believe you qualify but the offer is unavailable. Support will provide the approved verification instructions. Do not attach sensitive identification or eligibility documents to an ordinary email or support request.
Current offers and rates can change. Ask Support about the specific course and offer you want to use rather than relying on an old code or another student's price.
I forgot my code, or the discount was missing after I paid
Discounts are not automatically applied after purchase. Send Support the order number, code or offer, purchase date, and a screenshot of the offer or checkout error with sensitive payment details hidden. A documented checkout error can be reviewed, but an adjustment is not guaranteed.
Do not cancel, repurchase, or make a second payment to correct the price yourself. Support must review the original order and confirm any approved adjustment in writing.
The course went on sale after I bought it
You can request review under the published Promotions & Price Adjustments terms. The request must be within the 30-day refund window. For live classes, the class must not have started and promotional seats must remain available. For an eligible On-Demand adjustment, unenrollment and reenrollment resets course progress to the beginning. Contact Support before making any change; approval is required.
My code expired
Expired promotions are not honored unless an authorized manager confirms a documented TSRE system or communication error. Include the original offer and dates if you believe an error occurred.
What to send Support
- Your name and checkout email.
- The course or product, delivery format, and whether you selected full tuition, a deposit, or a balance payment.
- The code or offer, where you received it, and the price you expected.
- The error message or a screenshot with payment details hidden.
- Your order number and purchase date if payment already went through.
If a refund is eligible, TSRE recommends store credit where available. You may also request a refund to the original payment method within the applicable terms. Support will confirm the approved amount and method; see refund options and follow-up.
Submit a support request or email info@tsre.us. TSRE aims to respond within one business day, but requests needing escalation or review can take longer. For urgent help, call (813) 333-2676.
