The final step in obtaining a Florida Real Estate License is to pass the state exam.
Once you pass your state exam, your license will be issued immediately.
Your Florida Real Estate License Application must be approved to schedule your state exam.
Once your application is approved, you'll be sent an FLREAPPID, which is used to schedule your state exam with Pearson VUE.
You may schedule your state exam before completing the course, but you must have your completion certificate in hand prior to taking the state exam.
The exam may be taken at any participating Pearson VUE testing center worldwide.
