If you received a TSRE order confirmation but cannot find your course, first make sure you are using the correct learning portal and the same learner email connected to the registration. Your TSRE store account and your course portal are not the same account.
1. Confirm the order and registration email
Find your TSRE order confirmation and check:
- the course title and format;
- the order number;
- whether payment completed; and
- the email address entered for the learner.
You can also review your purchase on the TSRE order status page. That page shows orders and receipts; it is not where you take a course.
If someone else purchased the course for you, or one order includes registrations for two different students, contact TSRE before changing account details. Tell us which registration belongs to each learner. We will check for an existing learner profile, create a separate profile when needed, and explain the eligible options without replacing one person’s identity with another’s.
2. Use the correct course portal
TSRE uses more than one course platform. Follow the sign-in link in your order or registration message whenever possible.
- TSRE Learn: learn.at.tsre.us is used for TSRE classroom companion materials, LIVE Online, Video On Demand, exam-preparation products, and other courses whose confirmation directs you to Learn.
- LeapOnline: tampaschoolofrealestate.leaponline.com/login is used for text-based and self-guided online courses whose confirmation directs you to LeapOnline.
- TSRE store account: The store account is for purchases, order history, and receipts. A course will not appear there as a lesson you can open.
If you are unsure, see Where do I log in?
3. Reset the password in the correct portal
Use the email address associated with the learner’s registration. Select Forgot your password? on the correct portal and check the inbox and spam or junk folder for the reset message.
Do not send your password to TSRE. TSRE staff do not need it to review your registration or course access.
For more detail, see Forgot Password — Can’t Log In.
4. If you can sign in but the course is missing
If your dashboard opens but the course list is blank, shows only an older course, or is missing one item from your
- Confirm that you are in the portal named in the order or registration message.
- Confirm that the signed-in email matches the learner’s registration email.
- Sign out completely, close the portal, and sign in again.
- Try a private or incognito window or another current, supported browser.
- If the correct course is still missing, stop troubleshooting and contact TSRE. A paid order may need to be matched, activated, or corrected in the course system.
Clearing site data can fix a stale browser session, but it will not fix an order connected to the wrong learner, a course placed in another portal, or a course that was not activated.
5. Check whether an access term applies
Unless a product states otherwise, course registration and material access generally expire one year after purchase. TSRE+ course access also requires the subscription to remain in good standing. A new purchase does not require you to create a new learner account.
If you repurchased a course after earlier access expired and the new course is not visible, send TSRE the new order number so we can verify that the new access was added to the existing learner record.
See School Policies for the current policy index and product-specific terms.
