Complete the TSRE Welcome to Class form at the beginning of your class so we can match your information to your registration and prepare accurate completion records. This form updates your class details; it does not enroll you in another course or create a new portal password.
Before you begin
Use your own phone, tablet, or computer and the same email address used for your course registration. Have your photo ID information and, if you already hold one, your Florida real estate license number available.
Complete and submit the form
- Open tsre.us/welcome.
- Enter your Name as Appears on Photo ID. Use the Preferred Name field for a nickname rather than replacing your legal name.
- Enter your Registration Email and cell phone number. The form explains that you will receive a text to access your class materials.
- Complete your date of birth and Address As It Appears on Photo ID accurately. Enter your FL Real Estate License Number if you have one; leave that field blank if you do not have a license yet.
- Read the attendance and classroom terms and the linked TSRE School Policies. Complete the required acknowledgment and your own signature.
- The questions about how you heard about TSRE, your interest in real estate, and the profile-photo upload are optional. Review your required details and choose SUBMIT FORM.
- Keep any submission confirmation, or note when you submitted the form, in case we need to locate it.
If something does not match
If you registered using another email, need a name correction, cannot submit the form, or are unsure whether your submission reached your registration, submit a support request or email info@tsre.us. Include your name, registration email, course and class dates, approximate submission time, the issue or exact error, and any confirmation reference. Avoid submitting the form repeatedly while we review the record.
Complete sensitive fields in the form itself. Do not send your birth date, ID image, signature, or a completed copy of the form through ordinary email or class chat. If supporting documents are needed, ask TSRE for secure submission instructions.
How this affects your completion certificate
The welcome form helps us prepare your records accurately. You must also satisfy the course's attendance, exam, and other completion requirements. Submitting the form alone does not confirm course completion or exam eligibility.
If a certificate is missing, include the course, class dates, exam date if applicable, and the email you checked in your support request. See How to Confirm Your Course Completion Was Reported to DBPR for certificate retention, prelicensing certificate validity, and DBPR reporting information.
