New to TSRE Learn—or returning after a break? This tour shows you how to find your courses, start an on-demand lesson, join a LIVE Online class, and open your learning materials.
Choose the path for your enrollment. Start with sign-in and finding your course, then use the sections that apply to you:
- Video On Demand: start or resume your lessons.
- LIVE Online: join your scheduled class and open your digital materials.
- Classroom: open your digital materials for the class you attend in person.

1. Sign in to your existing Learn account
Go to learn.at.tsre.us, select LOGIN, and enter your learner username or email and password. Use Forgot your password? if needed. Returning students should use their existing account; a new purchase does not require a second account.
Learn, LEAPOnline, the TSRE store, and the Support Center have separate sign-ins. Follow your registration's portal link. See Where do I log in? or password help if you cannot get in.
2. Find your course on Home
Check your access deadline before you begin. Record the expiration date shown in your course details or enrollment instructions. If it is missing or unclear, use course-access and expiration help. Your course-access deadline and any license-renewal deadline are separate.
Your Home dashboard shows the courses and resources assigned to your account. Open the course title or card. Depending on your enrollment, you may have an on-demand course, a dated LIVE class, and a separate Digital Materials course.
- Use Search my courses above the course list to search part of a title. Clear its × when finished, and expand any collapsed category headings.
- Check the completion filter if courses seem to have disappeared. The courses in progress and completed courses counts are clickable filters. Click the highlighted count again to turn that filter off and show both groups. A filter changes what you see; it does not remove a course.
Still missing something? Follow missing-course and filter help. If you are returning after a long break, also check course expiration and returning-student options before purchasing again.
If a course included in your bundle has not appeared, follow Access the Next Course in Your TSRE Bundle before purchasing it separately.
3. Video On-Demand students: start or resume lessons
- Open your Video On-Demand course from Home.
- Select Start course or Resume course. The CONTENT list shows the lessons and activities.
- Follow the lesson instructions and navigation controls. Complete required activities before moving forward; opening a lesson alone may not mark it complete.
For a frozen video, workbook problem, locked lesson, or unexpected progress, use lesson and progress troubleshooting.
4. LIVE Online students: join your scheduled class
- From Home, open the LIVE Online class matching your dates and time.
- Open its LIVE Online unit under CONTENT.
- Find your scheduled session and select Join under LIVESTREAM when available. Links activate 15 minutes before class, and the instructor must open the room.
Use speakers or headphones and a reliable connection. A webcam or microphone is not required. LIVE Online classes must be attended live; replays are not available.
If the course opens but the session is missing, especially after a last-minute registration, use LIVE Online joining and connection help so Support can check your access.
5. Open digital materials for your class
Classroom and LIVE Online students: complete the Welcome to Class form at the beginning of class, using your registration email and the name on your photo ID.
For classroom and LIVE Online enrollments, look for the assigned Digital Materials course on Home. It may be separate from the dated class course. Open it and check CONTENT for resources such as class slides. In some courses, slides are grouped under POWERPOINTS.
Look for FILES below the course's content list or in the lesson's Files menu. Open the resource you need and use its available download or print controls.
See Textbooks and Course Materials for slides, digital files, printing, and shipped books. Follow your course and attendance requirements; resource activity alone does not establish completion of a live class.
6. Find Discussions and check your progress
From Home, select DISCUSSIONS to find learning conversations, search topics, and participate. Check who can see a topic before posting. Our Discussions guide explains searching, comments, replies, and new topics. Send private account or urgent access problems through Support.
Select PROGRESS → Courses to review course-by-course status. Progress, live-class attendance, and exam eligibility are separate.
Looking for your course final exam? Follow Where Do I Take My Course Final Exam? for your format. For LIVE Online students who meet attendance requirements, the exam is added to the account within one business day after the final class. That guide also explains what to do if it is missing.
TSRE Learn completion certificates are sent by email; use the certificate guide when you are ready.
