Before your first class, confirm your schedule, find your materials, and check how you will attend. Your registration instructions identify the location or online session assigned to you.
For every live class
- Check every meeting date, start time, time zone, and any scheduled days without class.
- Review your registration email and recent TSRE messages, including spam or junk.
- Confirm that you can open the course portal and any assigned materials.
- If you registered with a deposit, check the remaining balance. The balance is due one week before class begins; contact TSRE if you cannot find your payment link.
- Plan to attend the full scheduled instruction. Tell TSRE before class if a conflict or learning-support need may affect attendance.
Attending in person
Go to the location on your class registration. TSRE's office and store address may be different from your classroom. Use the TSRE locations page for location information and compare it with your class instructions.
Allow time for travel, parking, finding the room, and check-in before the published start time. Follow parking and building-entry directions from the instructor or administrative staff. If you cannot find the entrance or classroom, call or text TSRE with the campus and class start time.
Bring your assigned textbook if you already received it, something for taking notes, and any items listed in your enrollment instructions. When a printed textbook is included for classroom delivery, students generally receive it at the start of class. A charged phone or other device can help you complete the welcome form and access digital materials.
Your instructor will explain the daily routine and breaks. Keep devices silent during instruction and follow classroom directions for questions and participation.
Joining LIVE Online
- Sign in to the learning portal named in your registration instructions.
- Open your assigned course and locate the scheduled session or joining instructions. Use your own class-access link.
- Join early enough to test the sound and display. If the session link is missing, contact TSRE with the course, meeting date, and registration email.
- Use a reliable internet connection and speakers or headphones. You do not need a webcam or microphone.
- Choose a location where you can remain attentive. Follow the instructor's directions for asking questions, using chat, activities, and breaks.
- Stay for the scheduled instruction and respond to attendance checks. Tell the instructor and TSRE promptly if you lose access.
A computer or tablet generally makes slides, chat, and course materials easier to view. See the LIVE Online guide and TSRE Learn device requirements.
Complete the welcome form
At the beginning of class, follow the Welcome to Class form instructions. Use the name shown on your photo ID and your registration email. Have your Florida real estate license number available if you already hold a license. Submit sensitive information through the form itself.
If your plans change
For an absence, late arrival, different class date, or format change, use Change Your Class Date, Location, or Course Format. Follow TSRE's confirmation before attending another class.

Submit a support request, or call or text (813) 333-2676. Include your name, registration email, course or membership, and order number if available. If class is starting soon, include the campus or online course and the exact start date and time.
