Before you leave for class
Check the location, date, and start time in your enrollment confirmation and your latest TSRE email or text. Use the address for your assigned classroom when planning your trip. Hyde Park and South Tampa are separate classrooms. The main office address in an email footer may also be different from your class location.
We recommend arriving 15–30 minutes before your first class so you can park, find the room, check in, and get settled before instruction begins. On later days, allow enough time to be seated and ready at the scheduled start time. Your class instructions take priority if they give a specific check-in time.

New Tampa

The classroom is on the second floor, near I-75 at Bruce B. Downs Boulevard and Highwoods Preserve Parkway. Look for the Tampa School of Real Estate sign on the side of the building facing AMC.
- Use the free student parking across the street at the AMC movie theater. The SRM directions specifically instruct students to park there from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Follow posted restrictions and any updated class instructions for your visit.
- Walk to the classroom building at 18101 Highwoods Preserve Parkway, facing the theater.
- Take the stairs on either side of the building or use the elevator at the back of the building.
- Go to Suite 220 and check in with your instructor.
Allow extra time for the walk from AMC and the trip upstairs. If you need accessible parking or help with the route to the classroom, contact TSRE before your first visit.

Hyde Park

Look for the building across from ALDI, near Swann Avenue and Howard Avenue. Free parking is available on site.
The classroom is on the second floor inside EPIC Realty Group International, Suite 202, above the parking garage. Enter through the main lobby and follow the building directory to Suite 202. Look for the brokerage name as well as any TSRE signs; your class meets inside its office.
Allow time to get from parking to the lobby and classroom. If you need an elevator or a step-free route, contact TSRE before traveling so we can confirm the appropriate entrance and access arrangements.
Check your location name: a Hyde Park registration uses the Swann Avenue address. A South Tampa registration uses the Bay to Bay Boulevard address below.

The classroom is on Bay to Bay Boulevard between Dale Mabry Highway and MacDill Avenue, near the Selmon Expressway's Bay to Bay exit. Look for the illuminated sign on the north side of the road.
Your class meets inside the Impact Realty office at 3309 W Bay to Bay Boulevard. Free parking is available behind the building. After parking, go to the Impact Realty office and follow any classroom-entry instructions in your reminder. Look for the brokerage name as well as TSRE signs.
Allow time to find the rear parking area. If the entrance is unclear, call or text TSRE with your location and class start time.

Palm Harbor

Find the classroom in Palm Lake Shopping Center, at US Highway 19 and Tampa Road, behind Chick-fil-A. Free parking is available in front of the building.
Use the school address as your map destination, then look for the TSRE storefront behind the restaurant. Follow the shopping center's entrance lanes and signs to reach the classroom parking area.

Lakeland

The classroom is in Highland City Town Center, near Publix at Bartow Road and Clubhouse Road. Look for the TSRE storefront between Linksters and the bicycle shop. Free parking is available in front of the building.
Use 5121 Bartow Road as your destination and look for the TSRE storefront in the plaza. Allow time to find the classroom after entering the shopping center.

What to bring
- Your assigned textbook, if you already have it. When a printed textbook is included for classroom delivery, students generally receive it at the start of class. Follow any different pickup instructions in your enrollment email.
- A notebook, pens or pencils, and highlighters. A basic four-function calculator is useful for class exercises; follow your instructor's separate exam instructions.
- A charged phone or other device to complete the welcome form and access digital materials. Bring a charger if you plan to use the device throughout the day.
- Your registration email or confirmation, plus your Florida real estate license number if you already hold a license.
- Any additional items listed in your class instructions. A light sweater or jacket can help you stay comfortable in an air-conditioned classroom.
At the start of class, follow your instructor's directions to complete the Welcome to Class form. Use the name shown on your photo ID and your registration email. For book pickup and digital resources, see Textbooks and Course Materials.
Your instructor will explain breaks, classroom facilities, and any food or drink rules. Keep devices silent during instruction. Ask before relying on classroom Wi-Fi or a particular facility being available.
If you cannot find the classroom or the door is locked
- Compare the building address and suite number with your latest class reminder. Check for a recent location or schedule update by email or text.
- Follow the entrance directions above and any signs posted for your class. If another class is still in session, wait for the instructor's direction before entering.
- Call or text (813) 333-2676. Include your name, classroom location, class date and start time, and the entrance or landmark where you are waiting. Contact your instructor if your class instructions provide a contact method.
- If the problem delays your attendance, tell the instructor when you reach the room and report the time missed to TSRE.
Arriving early does not guarantee that the classroom will already be open. An unanswered call or a locked door does not, by itself, mean your class is canceled. You can send a message at any time; the support team is staffed Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–6 p.m. Eastern, so an immediate reply outside those hours may not be available. If you are late or your plans change
Tell your instructor and TSRE promptly. Include your class location, start time, and estimated arrival time. Late arrivals and early departures count as missed instruction; follow TSRE's confirmed makeup arrangements. Wait for written confirmation before attending a different location or class.
