1. Check your registration
Check your confirmation for the course, format, learner email, dates, and location; save the order number. Use the order status page for purchases, receipts, and shipping updates.
Sign in and request help with the registered learner email. If someone bought the course for you, ask TSRE to correct any inaccurate learner details.
For tuition balances and package changes, see payment and registration options. To review recurring charges or cancel a subscription, use Manage or Cancel Your TSRE+ Membership.
2. Open the correct course portal
- Classroom, LIVE Online, Video On Demand, and exam preparation: use TSRE Learn when your confirmation directs you there.
- Text-based self-guided courses: use LEAPOnline when your confirmation directs you there.
Follow your registration’s access link. Store and Support Center sign-ins do not open lessons; each learning portal has its own password.
Having trouble? Start with I paid, but I cannot find or access my course or password help.
If your bundle includes another course that is not showing, follow Access the Next Course in Your TSRE Bundle. If a lesson opens but is blank, frozen, or missing your progress, use lesson, video, workbook, and progress troubleshooting.
3. Get ready for your class or first lesson
- Classroom: confirm campus, dates, and start time; complete the Welcome to Class form at the beginning of class. Review classroom directions, parking, and arrival guidance before traveling.
- LIVE Online: check dates and time zone; join early to test sound and display. No webcam or microphone is required. See the LIVE Online guide.
- Video On Demand: open your lessons in TSRE Learn and set aside regular study time.
- Text-based self-guided: open your course in LEAPOnline and review its completion requirements and access deadline.
Check which textbooks and materials are included. For shipped materials, check your order status and tracking. Test your device using the requirements for TSRE Learn or LEAPOnline.
For self-paced learning, use our study schedule guide to plan weekly goals and catch up when needed. If captions would help, review caption options for your device.
Use the first-day class checklist for arrival, materials, and LIVE Online setup. If you need help with how course material is presented or accessed, see Request Learning Support or Course Accommodations.
4. Get help when your plans change
Request a date, location, or format change—or report missed time—with your registration, requested change, and deadline. Wait for TSRE’s confirmation before attending another class.
Tell your instructor and TSRE promptly about missed time or a LIVE Online connection problem. Review School Policies for attendance and completion requirements.
See Change Your Class Date, Location, or Course Format for transfer steps, or go straight to missed-class and connection-problem guidance.
For closures or outages, read Weather Closures and Unexpected Class Changes. If you need more time or are returning after a break, check course expiration, extension prices, and saved progress before buying another course.
5. Finish your course and keep your certificate
Complete your required instruction, activities, and end-of-course exam. If unsuccessful, use that guide and contact TSRE for the next eligible step.
- TSRE Learn: your certificate is sent by email. Check the email used for registration, including spam and junk folders.
- LEAPOnline: download your certificate within LEAPOnline after completing the course requirements.
Follow the certificate guide to find, save, print, or request a copy. If your certificate is missing, contact TSRE with your course, class or completion dates, exam date if applicable, and registration email.
Your course certificate, DBPR education reporting, and license renewal are separate. For prelicensing students, the school exam and the state licensing exam are also separate steps.
6. Prepare for what comes next
Prelicensing students can use the state-exam preparation guide and study skills and exam-preparation library. Licensed students can review renewal guidance and confirm the requirements for their next renewal.
