Use Discussions in TSRE Learn to read and take part in learning conversations. Topics can be visible to other learners, so use the Support Center for account-specific help.

Find and read a topic
- Sign in to TSRE Learn and return to Home.
- Select DISCUSSIONS. On the desktop dashboard, it appears in the right-hand navigation.
- Use the search field below the topic list to look for a course, unit, or subject. The Most recent control changes the ordering of the list.
- Open a topic to read the conversation before adding a new question. Use Subscribe if you want to follow that topic.
Comment on a topic or reply to a specific comment
Use the Comment field below the conversation for a response to the topic. Choose Reply below an existing comment to respond to that comment. Review your message before submitting it with the displayed control.
Include the course name, unit or lesson, and the point you want explained. Keep the conversation respectful and describe what you need explained in your own words.
Start a new topic
- Return to the Discussions list and choose New topic.
- Write a clear message. Identify the course and unit, explain your question, and mention what you have already reviewed.
- Check the audience before posting. If it says Everybody can see this topic, treat your message as visible to other learners. Do not assume a discussion is private.
- Check any attachment for personal information, then select Post when you are ready. Choose Cancel to leave without posting.
Do not post passwords, registration or payment details, personal contact information, or screenshots of another student's account. Use a support request for private account help.
When to use Support instead
- A course seems to have disappeared: check the dashboard filters and follow missing-course help.
- A lesson, video, workbook, or progress indicator is not working: use course troubleshooting.
- Your LIVE class is starting or its session link is missing: use LIVE Online joining help.
- Discussions or a posting control is unavailable: submit a support request with the course, topic link if available, device/browser, and what you see.
If you already have a support conversation about the issue, reply there to keep the details together. A discussion post does not replace a support request for an account or access problem.
