If you have completed your TSRE course, use the delivery method for your course platform: TSRE Learn certificates arrive by email; LEAPOnline certificates are downloaded within LEAPOnline. Your certificate confirms course completion; a receipt, exam score, or DBPR education record is a different document.
| Platform | Find your completion certificate |
|---|---|
| TSRE Learn | Check the learnerβs registration email, including spam/junk folders. |
| LEAPOnline | Open your completed course and download the certificate there. |
Delivery target: no later than the next business day after successful completion of all required steps. Certificate delivery and DBPR reporting are separate processes.
When should my certificate be available?
Your TSRE completion certificate will be provided no later than the next business day after successful course completion. All required lessons, attendance, exams, and assigned completion steps must be finished. TSRE Learn delivers the certificate by email; LEAPOnline provides the download within the course.
If that time has passed and your certificate is still missing, use the checks and request steps below. Contact Support sooner if an exam appointment or renewal deadline is approaching, and include the exact date. You do not need to wait for DBPR to display reported hours before requesting a missing certificate; those are separate processes.
1. Find your certificate
TSRE Learn: check your email
Check the email associated with the learner's registration, which may differ from the purchaser's email. Search your inbox, spam, junk, and promotions folders for TSRE, Tampa School of Real Estate, completion certificate, or Congratulations.
Open the certificate attachment or follow the certificate instructions in your completion message.
LEAPOnline: download it in your course
Sign in to LEAPOnline, open your completed course, and follow its completion instructions to download your certificate. If the download is not available, check the requirements below and contact TSRE if you still need help.
2. Confirm that all course requirements are complete
Check your required lessons, activities, attendance, exam, and any completion survey or affidavit assigned in your course. For a scheduled class, make sure you completed the Welcome to Class form when requested.
If you passed the exam but something is still showing incomplete, tell TSRE which item you see. Do not repeat the course or pay again solely because you cannot find your certificate.
3. Save and print your certificate
- Open your emailed certificate for TSRE Learn, or download your certificate within LEAPOnline.
- Save the certificate file to your device using the download option in your email, course, or document viewer.
- Open the saved certificate and check your name, course title, and completion date.
- Use your browser or document viewer's print option when you need a paper copy.
If the name is incorrect, see how to request an account or certificate correction. Ask TSRE to correct the record rather than editing the certificate yourself.
4. Request a missing or replacement certificate
If your TSRE Learn certificate email is missing, your LEAPOnline download is unavailable, the certificate will not open, or you need another copy, submit a support request or call or text (813) 333-2676. Include:
- your full name and registration email;
- the course title and format;
- class dates or your completion date;
- the exam date and result, if applicable;
- your order number, if available; and
- any upcoming exam or renewal deadline.
Describe whether the certificate is missing, needs a correction, or will not open. A screenshot of an error can help; do not include your password or payment information. Electronic certificates and replacements are free under School Policies.
Certificates after canceling TSRE+
Certificates issued before cancellation remain valid. Canceling TSRE+ does not invalidate an already-issued certificate; its normal validity period and applicable exam or licensing deadlines still apply.
All course access is suspended at the end of the cancellation period, so save certificates you have already received. If you need a replacement after access ends, contact TSRE using the steps above. See Manage or Cancel Your TSRE+ Membership for billing and cancellation details.
Certificate delivery and DBPR reporting are separate
Use How to Confirm Your Course Completion Was Reported to DBPR for certificate delivery timing, education reporting, and recordkeeping. Finding your certificate does not by itself confirm that your license has been renewed.
If you are preparing for the state licensing exam, review the State Exam guide for the completion documents you need at your appointment.
