Your 14-hour CE study materials are inside your assigned course in the TSRE Learn portal. Work through all required modules and make sure each is marked complete. If you passed the exam but still see 50% or another incomplete percentage, check the modules before contacting Support to verify your record.
Find your study materials in Learn
- Sign in to TSRE Learn using the account associated with your enrollment.
- Open your assigned 14-hour CE course. The course's study materials are inside that course.
- Work through the study materials and required activities. Make sure all completed modules are marked complete.
- Follow the course instructions for the final exam.
If you only see “14 HR CE Exam A” and a review sheet, return to the course's module list and look for the study materials there. If the materials still do not appear, contact TSRE Support before starting the exam. Include your course title, enrollment email, order number if available, and a screenshot of the modules you see. You do not need to purchase the course again to ask us to check access.
If your enrollment directs you to LEAPOnline, use that portal's course instructions. Learn and LEAPOnline are separate systems. See login help or missing-course help if you cannot find the assigned course.
I passed, but the course still shows 50%
- Open the course and check every required module. Complete any remaining work and make sure completed modules are marked complete.
- Keep the passing exam result and its date.
- If all required modules are complete but the percentage still looks wrong, ask Support to verify your completion record. Include the course name and screenshots of the module list, percentage, and passing result.
An unused Exam B is not a required module waiting to be completed in your Exam A course. If Exam A is not passed, Exam B is assigned as a new, separate course. Do not start another final exam just to change the progress percentage. A percentage alone does not confirm whether all course requirements have been met.
What if I did not pass Exam A?
Follow the applicable end-of-course exam and retake requirements. Exam B is assigned as a separate course after an unsuccessful Exam A. If you need help locating that assignment or understanding the next step, contact Support with the course name and exam result.
Confirm your certificate and DBPR reporting
Your exam result, completed course, certificate, and DBPR education entry are separate records. After completing the course:
- Keep your course completion certificate. TSRE Learn certificates are sent by email; LEAPOnline certificates are downloaded within LEAPOnline.
- Make sure TSRE has the Florida real estate license number associated with the course.
- Follow DBPR reporting and verification help to check your education record and report missing hours.
- Complete your separate DBPR renewal transaction and any required payment. Course completion alone does not renew the license.
Tell Support about any approaching renewal deadline. Call (813) 333-2676 for urgent help.
