Your course format determines where you take the end-of-course final exam. Find your format below.
Where to find your exam
- On-demand and self-guided courses: The exam is the final module in your course. Sign in, open the course you are completing, and go to the final module. Follow the course instructions and complete any required work before starting.
- LIVE Online courses: The exam is added to your account after TSRE reviews your attendance and exam eligibility. If the exam is not showing yet, that review may still be pending.
- In-person classes: The exam takes place during the final session of your class. Check your class schedule and follow your instructor's directions. If you missed that session, contact TSRE to arrange the next eligible step.
I can't find or start my final exam
- Check your account and course. Use the email associated with your student enrollment and open the correct course. See Where do I log in? for help choosing TSRE Learn or LEAPOnline.
- For on-demand or self-guided courses, check the final module. Review any incomplete lessons, activities, or instructions shown in your course. If the exam remains locked or unavailable, include the message you see in a support request.
- For LIVE Online, check whether attendance and eligibility still need review. If your class has ended and you need help with exam access, submit a support request with your class dates.
- If your course access has expired, see Course and Exam-Prep Access: Expiration Dates and Extension Requests.
My exam closed, was interrupted, or I need another attempt
Contact TSRE so the team can review your exam record and confirm the next eligible step. An interrupted final exam or an unsuccessful attempt may need review before another attempt is available.
For passing scores, time limits, and course-specific retake rules, see End of Course Exam.
