Use this guide when preparing approved work for Tampa School of Real Estate or requesting permission to use its branding. Access to a logo or this guide does not itself grant permission to use TSRE's assets.
Brand reference and logo downloads
- TSRE Brand Guidelines — visual-reference PDF
- Standard logo — SVG
- Wide logo — SVG
- Mini TSRE.us logo — white SVG for dark backgrounds
- TSRE stars — SVG design element
- White outlined logo — PNG
Download the original file from Drive; do not copy its preview or use an image-search recreation. SVG files are scalable source artwork. Request an approved PNG or other production format if your software cannot use SVG.
The PDF reproduces the existing visual guideline; it is not a permission letter. Use the standard logo whenever possible, the wide logo for constrained horizontal spaces, and the mini logo for suitable small square-oriented placements. Stars are a supporting design element, not a replacement for identifying the school.
Basic design rules
- Keep the supplied artwork intact and proportional. Do not stretch, crop, rotate, redraw, retype, recolor, or combine it with another logo.
- Leave clear space and keep the logo readable against its background. Use a supplied white variant on a suitable dark background.
- Use the visual reference's layout colors: green #014627, yellow #EAEF43, and white #FFFFFF. Preserve the supplied logo's artwork and colors; request an approved variant rather than editing it yourself.
- Check final print/digital quality. Do not enlarge a small PNG into a blurry sign or print job. Send a proof before production when approval is required.
- Use the school name accurately: Tampa School of Real Estate; the company granting permission is Tampa School of Real Estate Inc. Do not add a trademark-registration symbol unless TSRE supplies that artwork or instruction.
- Use only properly licensed fonts, photos, music, and other content. Font names in a visual guide are not permission to redistribute font files.
Permission and third-party promotion
No TSRE logo, name, brand asset, or TSRE-identifying use of its color scheme may be used to promote, endorse, or imply sponsorship of a brokerage or any other third-party business, product, service, event, or organization without express written approval from Tampa School of Real Estate Inc.
This includes co-branded flyers, recruiting materials, sponsor or “trusted partner” badges, vendor portfolios, testimonials, merchandise, and an instructor's or affiliate's separate business. Being a TSRE instructor, student, affiliate, vendor, or event participant does not itself grant that permission. Approval to promote a TSRE course is not approval to use TSRE branding to promote your own company.
Do not imply an endorsement or relationship broader than TSRE approved. Keep claims truthful and disclose an affiliate commission or other material connection clearly with the promotional message when required. See the FTC's disclosure guidance.
These conditions concern TSRE's permission to use its assets; they do not claim ownership of ordinary colors in isolation or limit uses protected by applicable law.
Request approval before release
Submit a support request or email support@tsre.us with Brand use approval in the subject. Include your company, purpose, all participating brands, exact wording/artwork, destination links, channels, dates, and production deadline.
Wait for express written approval from an authorized TSRE representative. Support routes requests; silence, file access, or past informal use is not approval. Production access is limited to the approved job and does not authorize your own promotional use or transfer of permission to another company.
TSRE retains final approval authority over use of its assets under its permissions, subject to applicable law and any controlling written agreement. Approval applies only to the final version, scope, channels, and period stated. Material changes or additional uses require renewed written approval.
Corrections and removal requests
As a condition of TSRE's permission, promptly comply with a written request from an authorized TSRE representative to correct, discontinue, or remove an identified use. Unless an earlier deadline is required by law or a controlling agreement, complete the action by 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time on the third business day after receipt. Count the next business day after receipt as day one; business days exclude weekends and U.S. federal holidays.
Stop new production, publishing, ads, and distribution of the affected material. Remove or correct content under your control, instruct your contractors to stop using it, and confirm the action in writing. Stop distributing affected physical stock and contact TSRE for instructions. Report any platform or third-party limitation promptly; it does not automatically extend permission or the deadline. The outside limit does not authorize continued misleading use while you wait.
If a matter remains unresolved, TSRE may suspend or revoke permission and consider remedies available under applicable law. This is not a statement that every dispute results in legal action or that the three-business-day period is a statutory deadline.
