Use the TSRE affiliate portal for referral links, assigned codes, promotional tools, reports, and affiliate payment information. Your learning-portal or store login does not necessarily provide affiliate access.
Use your existing account
Sign in with the email associated with your affiliate enrollment. If you cannot sign in, use the password-recovery option on that portal’s login screen. Check your spam folder and confirm the address you entered.
If you are unsure which email was used, or your expected account is missing, contact TSRE before creating another account. Duplicate accounts can make links, offers, and payment history harder to reconcile. A password reset in one TSRE system does not change passwords everywhere.
Keep your profile useful and current
In Settings, review the profile fields shown for your name, contact information, website, social channels, and mailing address. Use accurate information and follow the field format—for example, a social handle where a field already supplies the platform prefix. Save the profile using Submit, then confirm the saved values.
The portal also provides areas for referral-code settings, payment settings, notifications, and a password change. Changes in one area should not be assumed to update another TSRE system or your student records.
Treat a referral-code change as a link-maintenance task
If you want a different referral tag or coupon, ask TSRE how it will affect existing links, codes, tracking, and printed materials before changing it. Do not assume old links will continue to work or that changing a referral tag changes a coupon code.
Keep an inventory of the places where you have shared your link: website buttons, email signatures, videos, profile links, printed QR codes, and older posts. After an approved change, update the affected placements and verify the new destination.
Payment and tax information
Use Payment Settings and the designated tax-form process in the portal. Review the payment method and account terms shown before choosing or redeeming an option. Never send a password, full tax ID, or bank details in ordinary email.
If a feature is missing
Tools and offers can differ by account. Send TSRE your account email, the screen you opened, the feature you expected, and a screenshot with private information hidden. Do not borrow another person’s login or assume instructor-only benefits apply to every affiliate.
