Use a clear message, a relevant TSRE destination, and your assigned affiliate link to help someone explore a real estate career. TSRE has approved the two graphics below for affiliates to promote official TSRE courses and the Florida licensing guide on their websites and social channels, subject to the brand guidelines. Use the supplied files unchanged and add your affiliate disclosure beside the recommendation. This approval does not permit third-party endorsements, unofficial events, or custom alterations.

Download the career-curiosity graphic (PNG, 1080 × 1080)
Open the download, then save the image to your device. Do not copy the illustration from a screenshot.
For a website, make the image or accompanying button clickable. On social platforms, use an available clickable placement, such as your profile link or a link sticker. Do not assume an address typed in an image or caption is clickable.
Add your disclosure
Where accurate, place this beside the recommendation: “I’m a TSRE affiliate and may earn a commission if you enroll through my link.” Keep it visible before readers act on the offer. For a story image or video, include a readable disclosure in that content as well. See the FTC’s guidance.
Keep the artwork connected to TSRE
Follow TSRE Logos and Brand Use. Preserve supplied logo proportions, artwork, colors, and clear space. Do not add a brokerage logo, sponsor label, unofficial event, independent study group, or other third-party promotion without express written TSRE approval.
Approval to recommend a TSRE course does not establish that TSRE endorses your company or event. Use your own voice for your recommendation and describe your relationship accurately.
Do not insert a universal discount, commission percentage, passing guarantee, income promise, or class price into evergreen artwork. Share only your current assigned offer with its applicable conditions.
Request a different size or custom design
Send TSRE the intended channel, dimensions, final wording, destination link, participating brands, and any deadline. Include a proof if you have one. Wait for written approval before releasing custom TSRE-branded artwork.
