Use the link generator when you want your recommendation to open a particular TSRE course, class, or information page. It adds your assigned referral information to the destination.
Choose the destination first
For someone considering a career, start with the Florida licensing guide. For someone who already knows what they need, select the relevant official course or class page. For a broad introduction, use the TSRE homepage link shown on Home in your portal.
Avoid sending prospective students to a course-login page when they still need to choose or purchase a course. If you recommend a dated class, check its location, format, start date, and availability each time you share it.
Generate and copy your link
- Sign in to the TSRE affiliate portal.
- Open Marketing Tools. Find Product Links.
- Paste the official TSRE webpage address into Paste product page link.
- The Your generated link field fills automatically. Click Copy to copy that complete link.
- Use it as the destination of your website button, text link, image, or social-profile link.
The portal also displays Save for retaining a link for later use. Saving a link is optional; copying it is enough to share it.

Keep the complete generated address
A sample result looks like this:
https://tampaschoolofrealestate.com/pages/florida-license?ref=SAMPLE_TAG&utm_medium=affiliate
SAMPLE_TAG is a placeholder. Use the link generated by your own account. Keep the ref value and any additional parameters the portal supplies. Do not replace them with a promo code unless that is also your assigned referral tag.
If you build links manually, use ?ref=YOUR_TAG when there is no existing query string, or &ref=YOUR_TAG after existing query parameters. Place these before any # page anchor. Use only one referral tag.
Check the finished placement
Open the actual published button or link and confirm that it reaches the intended TSRE page. Check that your website editor has not shortened or removed part of the destination. A successful page load checks the destination; it does not prove that an order will qualify for commission.
Put your affiliate disclosure near the recommendation. For example, where accurate: “I’m a TSRE affiliate and may earn a commission if you enroll through my link.”
If the link fails, send support the destination, the generated link, where you placed it, and the error you see. Do not make a self-purchase to test credit.
