Use your affiliate portal to understand which recommendations bring visitors to TSRE and which recorded orders produce earnings. Begin by checking the date range; different screens can cover different periods.
Home: an overview
The Summary area includes:
- Referrals: tracked visitors associated with your referral link.
- Orders: recorded referred orders for the displayed period.
- Conversions: the relationship between recorded orders and referrals.
- Sales: the reported value of referred sales.
- Earnings: the associated commission amount, rather than the total value purchased.
The Details table can show individual order dates, references, amounts, and commissions. Read the fields and filters available in your account. An older detail row and a current-period summary need not describe the same period.
Sample data only. This does not represent actual affiliate performance or expected earnings.
Analytics: understand where visits come from
Open Analytics and choose the period you want to examine. The TSRE portal includes breakdowns for devices, browsers, landing pages, and click origins. Traffic Analysis lets you group results with Aggregate By and order them with Sort By.
For example, compare landing pages to see which course or information page receives visits. Compare origin domains to understand which websites send traffic. If you already use campaign parameters, the portal includes UTM source, medium, campaign, content, and term groupings. Keep the portal’s referral identifier when adding campaign labels, and never place a student’s name, email, or other personal information in those labels.
Start with one question: “Which useful recommendation should I improve or share again?” Small samples can change quickly; avoid drawing firm conclusions from one or two visits.
Check Payments for settlement
Earnings in a report do not prove that money has been paid or credit redeemed. Open Payments to inspect Amount Paid, Amount Pending, any timing category displayed, and available payment details. Review the payment method and terms shown for your account.
When numbers look wrong
Confirm the correct account, selected dates, filters, order reference, and whether you are comparing sales, earnings, or payments. Record the screen name and date range when requesting help. An apparent mismatch is a reason to review the records, not a reason to repeat a purchase.
Send support the specific issue with a screenshot that hides unrelated customer and account information. Keep one request for the issue so the evidence and outcome stay together.
