Welcome to TSRE. Use this checklist after enrolling to find your course, get ready to learn, and know where to turn when you need help.
Find help quickly
- Access my course
- Get ready for class
- Change my class
- Get my completion certificate
- Prepare for my state exam
- Contact student support
1. Check your registration
Find your confirmation email and check the course title, format, learner email, and any class dates and location. Save your order number. Your order status page shows purchases, receipts, and available shipping updates.
Use the learner email associated with your registration when signing in or asking for help. If someone else bought the course for you, contact TSRE if the learner details are incorrect.
2. Open the correct course portal
- Classroom, LIVE Online, Video On Demand, and exam preparation: use TSRE Learn when your confirmation directs you there.
- Text-based self-guided courses: use LEAPOnline when your confirmation directs you there.
Follow your registration's course-access link. The online store and Support Center have separate purposes; signing in to either does not open your lessons. Each portal has its own password system.
Having trouble? Start with I paid, but I cannot find or access my course or password help.
3. Get ready for your class or first lesson
- Classroom: confirm the campus, meeting dates, and start time in your registration instructions. Review how to complete the Welcome to Class form at the beginning of class.
- LIVE Online: check every meeting date and the time zone. Follow your class link and join early enough to test the sound and display. You do not need a webcam or microphone. Read the LIVE Online guide.
- Video On Demand: open your lessons in TSRE Learn and set aside regular study time.
- Text-based self-guided: open your course in LEAPOnline and review its completion requirements and access deadline.
Check which textbooks and materials are included. For shipped materials, check your order status and tracking. Test your device using the requirements for TSRE Learn or LEAPOnline.
For self-paced learning, use our study schedule guide to plan weekly goals and catch up when needed. If captions would help, review caption options for your device.
4. Get help when your plans change
If you need to reschedule, switch a class date or location, change formats, or report missed class time, submit a support request. Include your current registration, the change you need, and any approaching deadline. Follow TSRE's confirmation before attending a different class.
Tell your instructor and TSRE promptly about missed time or a LIVE Online connection problem. Review School Policies for attendance and completion requirements.
See Change Your Class Date, Location, or Course Format for transfer steps, or go straight to missed-class and connection-problem guidance.
5. Finish your course and keep your certificate
Complete the required instruction, activities, and end-of-course exam for your course. If you do not pass, use that guide and contact TSRE to arrange the next eligible step.
- TSRE Learn: your certificate is sent by email. Check the email used for registration, including spam and junk folders.
- LEAPOnline: download your certificate within LEAPOnline after completing the course requirements.
Follow the certificate guide to find, save, print, or request a copy. If your certificate is missing, contact TSRE with your course, class or completion dates, exam date if applicable, and registration email.
Your course certificate, DBPR education reporting, and license renewal are separate. For prelicensing students, the school exam and the state licensing exam are also separate steps.
6. Prepare for what comes next
Prelicensing students can use the state-exam preparation guide and study skills and exam-preparation library. Licensed students can review renewal guidance and confirm the requirements for their next renewal.
